Chairman - George "Gus" Kinnear, II
Gus has extensive executive military and private industry leadership experience. He retired from the US Navy as a four-star Admiral serving as the US Member of the NATO Military Committee, commanding the Naval Air Force US Atlantic Fleet, and serving as the Chief of Legislative Affairs, Assistant Chief of Naval Personnel, and Assistant Comptroller of the Navy. He flew more different types of Navy aircraft in combat than any other naval aviator and pioneered developments in C4ISR, Financial Management, and Industrial Management. He went on to serve as Corporate Senior Vice President of Grumman, Chairman of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), Chief Executive Officer of eVelocity Corporation, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New England Digital Corporation, and is a Director of SourceIQ, Inc. He has served on various boards, including Compaq Computer Corporation, the Aerospace Corporation, Precision Standard Corporation, USC Business School, Navy Federal Credit Union, US Navy Memorial Foundation, and the Association of Naval Aviation. He served as President of the University of New Hampshire, Vice President of the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation, and as an advisor to General Defense Systems. He has Master’s Degrees from Stanford and George Washington Universities and a Ph.D. from Stanford University.

President & Chief Operating Officer - Stephen Cundari
Steve has over 25 years of executive and managerial experience in the military, intelligence, civilian, and commercial sectors. He retired from the US Navy with aviator and ship qualifications and served as an advisor to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS). Steve has served as a Board Director for eVelocity Corporation and Kinnear Associates, as Vice President at Six3 Systems, and as an International PM (Middle East) for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). He has been responsible for merger and acquisition activities, and business and corporate development. He has managed intelligence, security, IT, biometric, aviation and UAV, maritime, C4ISR, finance, and acquisition management support programs for the White House, DOD, DHS, DOS, Treasury, GSA, DNI, and the Intel community. Steve is a member of the SEC Small Business Forum and served as an Advisor to Ambassador David Abshire at the Center for the Study of the Presidency. He has a Master's Degree in National Security Studies from the US Naval War College.
Senior Advisor - Garry Hall
Garry has over 30 years executive leadership experience overseeing and contributing to Navy and Marine Corps, Department of Defense, and NATO operations, and has extensive worldwide aviation and marine command experience, including expertise in Intelligence, Cyber Warfare, Intelligence-Surveillance-Reconnaissance (ISR), and International Defense and Security Operations. He retired from the US Navy as a two-star Admiral commanding the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF), Expeditionary Strike Group 2, and USS Tarawa (LHD 1). He served as Aide De Camp to the Deputy Commander of Strategic Command (STRATCOM), Executive Assistant to Commander of US Naval Air Forces, Deputy Director (J39) of US Central Command (CENTCOM), and Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence and Operations (N2/N3) for NATO Allied Naval Forces North. In 1986 he was selected as the Navy Helicopter Pilot-of-the-Year. Admiral Hall served as a Vice President for Siemens Government Technolgies (SGT) and SRA International, and as the President of the Naval Helicopter Association (NHA). He is currently the Executive Director of the Association of the U.S. Navy (AUSN) and President and CEO of GE Hall & Associates. He has consulted on aviation, Navy and Marine Corps expeditionary operations, international and NATO operations, IT, energy, executive development, strategic planning, team building, financial management, project administration and program evaluation matters. He graduated from the US Naval Academy with a Degree in Marine Engineering and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Illinois University.
Associate - Michael Ferguson
Mike has extensive executive and hands-on experience in intelligence collection, operations, planning, and training with the Department of Defense, and other Intelligence Community Agencies. Before retiring from the US Army, he served as an Infantry Officer, Chief of HUMINT Training for DIA, Dean of the US Defense Attaché School, Special Assistant to SECDEF and Senior NATO Commanders, and Defense and Army Attaché in Ethiopia, Cameroon, Tunisia and South Africa with 21 additional non-resident accreditations. Following his career in the Army, he led a Business Unit at Northrop Grumman with over 250 employees and a business line in excess of $80M annual revenue focused on Personal and Physical Security (CONUS & overseas), Intelligence-Counterintelligence Operations & Support; and Counterintelligence & Intelligence Training. He served as Senior Vice President of Harding Security Associates supporting clients including OSD, CENTCOM, NCTC, Defense HUMINT & Counterintelligence Center (DCHC), Treasury, GSA Security, Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), and other government agencies. He serves as a Director for the National Military Intelligence Association (NMIA), served as the President of the Foreign Affairs Officers Association (FAOA), and specializes in International Affairs, Leadership & Mentoring, Business Development, and Intelligence Training, Design, Development, and Delivery. He has a Master's Degree in National Security Affairs from the US Naval Postgraduate School.
